• Cancellation request received on or before 25-03-2022 : 25% of registration and accomodation fee will be deducted.
• Cancellation request received from 26-03-2022 to 30-03-2022 : 50% of registration and accomodation fee will be deducted
• Cancellation request received after 30-03-2022 : No refund.
• In case of overpayment or double payment, the additional amount will be reversed.
• All refunds will be initiated with in 15 days after receiving the cancellation request.
• Refund will be initiated / transferred by online only.
